Baguette bread

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Slice the baguette on an angle, about a 1/4 inch thick.

Olive oil

Step 2

Arrange the bread slices on a sheet tray & drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 5-6 min until the bread is lightly golden.

Red onion

Step 3

Meanwhile, peel & thinly slice the onion.

Chives (fresh)

Step 4

Rinse & finely chop the chives.

Cream cheese
Smoked salmon

Step 5

Once the toasts are crispy & golden, transfer them to a plate. Spread cream cheese on top of each crostini. Layer on the smoked salmon & red onions. Top with a sprinkle of chopped chives. Serve & enjoy!
