Baguette bread

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Thinly slice the baguette on an angle, about a 1/4 inch thick.

Brie (round)

Step 2

Cut the brie into small pieces, about the size of each crostini.

Step 3

Place the bread slices on a baking sheet & top each on with a piece of brie.

Step 4

Bake for 5-6 min, until the cheese melts slightly.

Prosciutto
Cherry preserves

Step 5

Transfer the crostinis to a plate. Spread a little jam on top of the brie. Top with a slice of prosciutto. Season to taste, serve & enjoy!
