White rice (long grain)

Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Set it aside to cool. (Refrigerating it overnight is even better!)

Onion (yellow)

Step 2

Peel & mince the onion.

Snow peas (fresh)
Shrimp (cooked)
Peas (frozen)

Step 3

Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions, peas, snow peas & thawed cooked shrimp. Stir fry for 2 min.

White rice (long grain)
Soy sauce

Step 4

Add the chilled rice & soy sauce.

Step 5

Stir fry for 3 min, until the ingredients are heated through & the flavors combined.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 6

Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves (optional). Enjoy!
