French fries (frozen)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Arrange the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper & bake according to package directions, about 20 min.

Chicken cutlet (breaded, pre-cooked)

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Add the breaded chicken & cook for 3 min on each side. Remove the chicken & keep warm.

Burger bun

Step 3

In the same pan, add another drizzle of olive oil & toast the burger buns for about 2 min.

Shallot

Step 4

Peel & finely chop the shallot.

Chives (fresh)

Step 5

Chop the chives.

Crème fraîche
Mayonnaise
Garlic powder

Step 6

In a bowl, add the crème fraîche, mayonnaise, minced shallot, garlic powder & chives. Mix to combine. Season with salt, pepper & half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar per person (if you have any). Mix well, then place in the refrigerator to chill.

Step 7

Remove the fries from the oven.

Romaine lettuce

Step 8

Spread the sauce on the bottom bun. Add the breaded chicken, cheddar & lettuce. Spread the top bun with sauce, then close the sandwich. Serve with fries & enjoy!
