Potato wedges (seasoned)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. On a sheet tray lined with parchment paper, arrange the frozen potatoes & roast according to package instructions, about 15-20 min.

Bread crumbs (plain)
Sesame seeds

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine breadcrumbs & sesame seeds with a tbsp of olive oil per person. Season with salt & pepper. Mix it all together.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 3

Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Pat the salmon dry & add it to the dish.

Step 4

Coat the salmon with the sesame breadcrumb mixture. Bake in the oven for 15 min at 425°F.

Step 5

Once golden & crispy, remove the potatoes & salmon from the oven.

Spring mix lettuce
Tartar sauce

Step 6

Serve the salmon with the potatoes, tartar sauce & a side salad dressed to your liking. Enjoy!
