Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Cast Iron Skillet, Frying pan, Knife
Step 1
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Step 2
Flip the bread & add Thousand Island dressing to the other side of each slice.
Step 3
On one slice of bread, add the corned beef, sauerkraut & swiss cheese. Top with the other slice of bread (butter side facing out).
Step 4
Pre-heat a skillet on medium heat & add the sandwich. Cook for about 3 min on one side. Flip & cook for an additional 3 min until the bread is well browned & cheese is melted.
Step 5
Slice & serve with your favorite chips & a pickle! :-)
