Step 1

Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta, crushed or minced garlic, salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil & most of the herbs.

Step 2

Lay the pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Smear the ricotta mixture over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

Italian seasoning
Tomato

Step 3

Wash & thinly slice the tomatoes & zucchini. Arrange the veggies over the ricotta cheese. Add a drizzle of olive oil & the remaining herbs. Bake for 10 min at 450°F, or according to the package instructions.

Step 4

Remove the pizza from the oven. Slice & enjoy!
