Step 1

Wash & cut the pear into quarters, removing the core & seeds.

Melt a teaspoon of butter in a pan over medium heat & add the pear. Cook for 3 min on each side. Remove from heat & set aside.

Whole grain mustard
Balsamic vinegar

Step 3

Meanwhile, make the vinaigrette by whisking together the mustard, balsamic vinegar & a healthy drizzle of oil.

Arugula
Prosciutto

Step 4

Arrange the arugula leaves on a plate. Season with salt & pepper. Top with the pear wedges & torn pieces of prosciutto. Drizzle with the vinaigrette.

Walnuts

Step 5

Garnish with walnuts & cracked black pepper. Dig in!
