Step 1
Peel the potatoes & cut into 1-inch cubes.
Step 2
Add the potatoes to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 15 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the nuggets according to the package instructions.
Step 4
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain & place them in a bowl.
Step 5
Add the milk, butter, salt & pepper to the potatoes. Mash together until smooth & creamy, adding extra milk or water if needed.
Step 6
Serve the nuggets with the mashed potatoes. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
