Pasta (linguine)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Garlic
Sun-dried tomatoes

Step 3

Peel & add the minced or grated garlic. Roughly chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Add the tomatoes to the pan. Cook, stirring for 1-2 min.

Tuna (canned)

Step 4

Add the drained tuna. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 5

Add a couple splashes of the pasta cooking liquid. Stir.

Pasta (linguine)
Parsley (fresh)

Step 6

Add the drained pasta to the pan. Season with salt & pepper. Mix it all together. Top with a drizzle of olive oil. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional). Enjoy!
