Step 1

Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Set it aside to cool.


Step 2

Wash & trim the strawberries. Then cut them into quarters.

Balsamic vinegar

Step 3

To make the vinaigrette, whisk together the vinegar, salt, pepper & a healthy drizzle of olive oil.

Feta cheese (block)

Step 4

Combine the quinoa, arugula, strawberries, crumbled feta cheese & the vinaigrette in a serving bowl. Toss it all together & serve!
