Baby potatoes

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a baking dish, toss the potatoes with butter or olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Roast for 20-30 minutes, or until crispy on the outside & fork-tender on the inside.

Heavy cream
Blue cheese

Step 2

While the potatoes are cooking, heat the cream & blue cheese in a small pot over low heat. Stir continuously until it forms a smooth & creamy sauce.

Beef (tenderloin steak)

Step 3

Melt a pat of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the steak. Cook for 3 minutes on the first side. Flip & continue cooking until done to your liking. Serve alongside the potatoes. Pour the blue cheese sauce over all. Enjoy!
