Red onion

Step 1

Heat the oven to 425°F. Peel the onion. Thinly slice a few half moons & finely chop the rest.

Heat a drizzle of oil on a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onions & sauté 2-3 min, until translucent.

Ground lamb

Step 3

Add lamb & cook, breaking up the meat with the spatula. About 3-4 min.

Cumin (ground)
Cayenne pepper

Step 4

Add cumin, cayenne, salt & pepper. Mix it all together, cover & remove from heat.

Flatbread
Mozzarella (shredded)

Step 5

Add the pre-cooked flatbread to a sheet tray. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with an even layer of cooked lamb. Bake in the oven at 425°F for 10-12 min, or according to package instructions. The flatbread should be crispy & cheese should be melted.

Feta cheese (crumbled)
Red onion

Step 6

Top with crumbled feta cheese & thinly sliced onions. Garnish with fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley if you have! Slice & serve. Enjoy!
