White rice (long grain)

Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Pork (tenderloin)

Step 2

While the rice is cooking, cut the pork into large pieces. (You can also use boneless pork chops!)

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork. Brown for 2 min on each side.

Ginger (fresh)
Soy sauce
Sugar (granulated)
Balsamic vinegar
Ginger (fresh)

Step 4

Reduce the heat to low. Add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar & grated or minced ginger. Stir it all together.

Pork (tenderloin)

Step 5

Cover & simmer the pork in the sauce for 3 min, or until done to your liking. Remove the pork from the pan. Raise the heat & deglaze the pan with a splash of water. Stir the sauce as it bubbles. Add more water if needed.

Serve the pork over the fluffed rice. Pour the soy glaze over top. Garnish with sesame seeds (optional). Enjoy!
