Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the eggs for 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash & dice the cucumber.
Step 3
Once cooked, transfer the eggs to a bowl of icy cold water to stop the cooking.
Step 4
Gently peel the cooled eggs & slice in half.
Step 5
Spread yogurt over a serving plate. Arrange the eggs, smoked salmon, cucumber, arugula & fresh herbs (optional) over top. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
