Stovetop, Pot (small), Peeler, Frying pan, Knife
Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Peel & cube the cucumber.
Step 3
Wash & halve the baby tomatoes.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the cucumber, tomatoes, salt, pepper & a drizzle of oil. (Sesame oil would be lovely!)
Step 5
Fluff the cooked rice.
Step 6
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp & stir.
Step 7
Add the teriyaki sauce. Cook, stirring for 2 min.
Step 8
Add the sesame seeds & stir again.
Step 9
Serve the sesame shrimp alongside the rice & tomato-cucumber salad. Garnish with a drizzle of oil & extra sesame seeds (optional). Enjoy!
