Cherry tomatoes

Step 1

Be sure to follow the puff pastry package instructions! Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash & halve the cherry tomatoes.

Dijon mustard

Step 2

Lay the puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a pie pan. Prick it several times with a fork. Spread the mustard over the base of the tart.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 3

Arrange the tomatoes over the mustard in a concentric circle pattern.

Mozzarella (fresh)

Step 4

Top with torn pieces of mozzarella. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 5

Bake for 25 min at 400°F, or according to the package instructions. Slice & enjoy!
