Step 1

If using frozen salmon, defrost beforehand.

White rice (long grain)

Step 2

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Creamed spinach (frozen)

Step 3

Also heat, thaw or cook the creamed spinach according to the package instructions.

Step 4

Melt the butter in a pan over medium-high heat.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 5

Add the salmon to the pan & cook (skin-side down) for 3 min. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 6

Turn the salmon, reduce the heat to low & cook 5 min, or until done to your liking.

Step 7

Serve the salmon over fluffed rice & alongside creamy spinach. Dinner's done...dig in!
