Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash & quarter the figs.
Coarsely chop the shelled pistachios.
Put the feta cheese, figs & pistachios in a baking dish. Drizzle with honey & olive oil. Season with salt & pepper.
Bake for 15 min. Remove from heat & serve tossed with fresh arugula. Enjoy!
