Squeeze the orange juice into bowl. Zest the orange & set aside.
Add the sugar, orange juice & orange blossom water to a pan over medium heat. Stir & let it come to a simmer.
Add the orange zest. Reduce the heat to low.
Stir in the butter. Let cook over low heat for 2 min.
Add the folded crêpes to the pan. Cook them in the orange syrup for 1-2 min on each side.
Serve the crêpes with the orange syrup drizzled over top. Enjoy!
