Pizza crust

Step 1

Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lay the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Anchovies
Capers
Black olives (pitted)
Mozzarella (fresh)
Tomato purée

Step 2

Spread the tomato purée over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Top with torn or shredded mozzarella, olives, capers & minced anchovy. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 10 min at 450°F, or according to the package instructions.

Step 3

When the pizza is golden brown & melty, remove it from the oven. Add a final drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
