Step 1

Slice the melon in half. Scoop out the seeds & remove the peel. Cut the melon into chunks. Wash the cucumber & cut into chunks.

Chives (fresh)

Step 2

Add the salad greens to a serving bowl. Top with the melon & cucumber. Add torn pieces of prosciutto. Garnish with chopped chives (optional). Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
