Wash & cut the plums in half, removing the pits. Cut the plums into chunks.

Balsamic vinegar

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper.

Add the arugula to a serving plate. Top with the plums & crumbled goat cheese.

Almonds (sliced)

Step 4

Season with salt & pepper. Garnish with sliced almonds (optional). Enjoy!
