Stovetop, Frying pan
Wash & halve the zucchini. Then slice into half-moons.
Wash, seed & dice the bell pepper. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the vegetables & minced garlic. Season with salt & pepper. Sauté for 10 min.
Add the beef & a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for 2 min on each side, or until done to your liking.
Turn off the heat. Add the pesto & mix it all together.
Cut the beef into strips. Serve & enjoy!
