Pizza crust

Step 1

Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lay the pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a round pizza pan.

Artichoke hearts
Mozzarella (fresh)

Step 2

Drain & quarter the artichoke hearts. Slice the fresh mozzarella ball into thin rounds.

Pepperoni (sliced)

Step 3

Spread a thin layer of sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Arrange the cheese, artichokes & pepperoni slices over the sauce. Bake for 10 min at 450°F, or according to the pizza package instructions.

Basil (fresh)

Step 4

When the pizza is golden brown & melty, remove it from the oven. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Garnish with basil (optional). Enjoy!
