Corn flakes

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Add cornflakes to a zip-lock bag & crush into small pieces. Empty into a small bowl.

Onion powder
Garlic powder
Chili powder

Step 2

In another small bowl, add onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt & pepper. Mix it all together.

Egg

Step 3

In another small bowl, crack & beat the eggs.

Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

Step 4

Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Coat the chicken with the seasoning mix.

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 5

Wash & cut the broccoli into florets.

In a pot of salted, boiling water, add the broccoli florets. Boil for 5 min.

Dip the chicken into the egg. Shake off the excess. Coat the chicken with cornflakes & place on a parchment-lined sheet tray.

Cooking spray

Step 8

Spritz the coated chicken with cooking spray. Bake in the oven at 425°F for 18-20 min until the chicken is fully cooked & crispy.

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 9

Strain the broccoli.

Honey
Hot sauce

Step 10

In a small bowl, combine honey & hot sauce. Mix well.

Step 11

Slice the chicken & serve alongside broccoli. Drizzle hot honey over top. Enjoy!
