Pork ribs (baby back)
Barbecue seasoning

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil. Pat ribs dry with a paper towel & place on the tray. Season the ribs well with bbq rub. (If the rub doesn't have salt added, season well with salt)

Step 2

Wrap the ribs tightly with aluminum foil. Bake the ribs in the oven for 2 - 2 1/2 hours, or until the ribs are tender & reach an internal temperature of 200°F.

Coleslaw mix
Coleslaw dressing

Step 3

While the ribs cook, toss the cole slaw mix with dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Barbecue sauce

Step 4

Remove the ribs from the oven & unwrap the foil. Brush bbq sauce on all sides of the ribs. Place the ribs back in the oven & broil uncovered for 10 min, until the sauce is caramelized.

Step 5

Carefully cut the ribs. Serve hot with cole slaw & lots of napkins!
