Step 1
Pour the milk into a pot or saucepan.
Step 2
Add the pasta. Season with salt & pepper. Stir to combine. Then cook the pasta in the milk, over medium-low heat, for 20 min. Stir regularly.
Step 3
When the pasta has almost absorbed all the milk, add the grated parmesan & butter to the pan. Stir to combine. Add a little water if needed.
Step 4
Remove from heat. Serve seasoned with grated parmesan, salt & pepper. Dig in!
