White mushrooms (whole)

Step 1

Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. Clean & thinly slice the mushrooms.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the mascarpone, minced garlic, salt & pepper.

Step 3

Lay the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the mascarpone-garlic mixture over top, leaving a border around the edges.

White mushrooms (whole)

Step 4

Top with the sliced mushrooms & a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 5

Bake the pizza for 10 min at 450°F, or according to the package instructions.

Step 6

When the crust is golden brown, remove the pizza from the oven.

Step 7

Top with dollops of ricotta cheese. Garnish with fresh arugula. Enjoy!
