Oven, Stovetop, Sheet Tray, Pot (large), Aluminum foil, Knife
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Peel & mince the onion.
In a large bowl, add ground meat, panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of milk per loaf, ketchup, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce & egg. Season with salt & pepper. Mix it all together using your hands or a large spoon.
Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil. (Or use a greased loaf pan!) Add the meat mixture to the tray and form a 6 inch x 3 inch loaf.
Top with additional ketchup (optional). Cook the loaf for 25 min at 425°F, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
Peel & dice the potatoes.
Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until they are fork tender, about 15 min.
Drain the potatoes & return them to the pot.
Add milk & butter to the potatoes. Mash it all up with a fork or potato masher.
Season with salt & pepper. Mix until combined.
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the broccoli florets for 3-4 min, or until crisp-tender.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven. Slice & serve it with a side of mashed potatoes and broccoli. Enjoy!
