Turmeric (ground)
Lemon

Step 1

In a shallow dish, combine the salmon, olive oil, turmeric, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Mix it all together. Set aside to marinate.

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 2

Wash & cut the broccoli into florets.

Cook the broccoli in a pot of salted boiling water for 3-5 min, or until crisp-tender. Drain & set aside.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 4

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated salmon to the pan, skin-side down. Cook for 2-3 min.

Flip over the salmon. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 2 min, or until cooked to your liking.
