Rice (white, long-grain)

Step 1

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Onion (red)
Garlic
Shrimp (cooked)

Step 2

Peel & mince the red onion. Peel & mince or crush the garlic. Add the oil to a pan over medium heat. Then add the onion & a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes.

Shrimp (cooked)
Garlic
Sesame seeds
Lime
Honey

Step 3

Add the thawed shrimp & cook for 2 more minutes. Add the garlic, sesame seeds, lime juice & honey. Season with salt & pepper. Reduce the heat to low & cook for 3 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.

Rice (white, long-grain)

Step 4

Serve the shrimp over rice. Enjoy!
