Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Peel, core & slice the pear into wedges.
Step 2
Add the pear wedges to a parchment-lined baking dish. Arrange a few lemon peels in the dish. Then squeeze lemon juice over top. Drizzle with half of the honey. Add dabs of butter. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Stir to combine. Bake for 40 min at 350°F.
Step 3
Remove the pears from the oven. Spread the yogurt onto a serving plate. Arrange the pears over the yogurt. Garnish with sliced almonds & the rest of the honey. Enjoy!
