Pesto
White bread (sliced)
Ham (deli slices)
Iceberg lettuce
Swiss cheese (slices)

Step 1

Toast the bread if you like your club sandwiches toasty. Smear the pesto over the bottom of each sandwich. Top with 2 slices of ham, a slice of cheese & a bit of lettuce. Stack a second slice of bread over top.

Iceberg lettuce
Swiss cheese (slices)

Step 2

Spread the pesto & mayo (optional) over the middle slice. Add the rest of the ham, cheese & lettuce. Close each sandwich. Spear each one with a skewer or tooth pick. Slice into triangles. Serve!
