Stovetop, Frying pan
Clean & slice the mushrooms.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the gnocchi. Cook, stirring for 2 min.
Add the mushrooms. Season with salt & pepper. Add a splash of water. Stir it all together.
Reduce the heat to low, cover & simmer for 3-5 min.
Serve the gnocchi topped with crumbled feta cheese & chopped chives (optional). Add a final drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
