Preheat the oven to 425°F. Peel, then mince or crush the garlic.
Rinse the canned or cooked cannellini beans. Spread them out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper. Stir to combine. Bake the beans for 15 min.
Arrange the arugula in a serving bowl. Top with the garlicky beans, crumbled feta & chopped parsley (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
