Peel & mince the red onion.

Cucumber

Wash & cube the cucumber.

Lemon

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, grated lemon zest, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil.

Roughly chop the cilantro.

Red onion

Step 5

Spoon the drained tuna, cucumber & red onion into a serving bowl.

Step 6

Peel the avocado & remove the pit. Then cube the avocado. Add it to the bowl. Garnish all with chopped cilantro (optional).
