Thaw the peas in a pot of boiling water. Drain & set aside.
Peel & finely slice the onion. Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion & a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring for 5 min.
Move the onions aside in the pan. Add the fish to the other side. Cook the fish according to the package instructions.
Add the thawed peas & a bit more butter to the onions. Season with salt & pepper. Stir together.
Serve the fish alongside the onions & peas. Add a dollop of tartar sauce. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice (optional). Enjoy!
