Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan, Colander
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Wash, trim & cube the zucchini.
Cut the brie into chunks.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, zucchini, salt & pepper. Sauté for 5 min. Remove the zucchini from the pan & set aside.
Add the cream & brie to the pan. Cook, stirring for 2 min, or until the cheese is melty.
Add the drained pasta & zucchini. Mix it all together.
Serve the creamy pasta garnished with fresh basil leaves (optional). Enjoy!
