Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, peeled garlic, almonds, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Add the juice & zest from the lemon. Blend until you have pesto! Add more olive oil or a splash of water, if needed.
