Cherry tomatoes pop in this light & satisfying pasta!
Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan, Grater
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Then drain the pasta.
Wash the tomatoes. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the cherry tomatoes.
Add the grated, minced or crushed garlic to the pan. Cook, stirring for 2–3 min.
Add the drained pasta. Season with salt & pepper. Mix it all together.
Serve the pasta with grated parmesan & fresh basil leaves (optional). Add a final drizzle of olive oil. Mangia!
