Butternut squash

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Peel the skin from the butternut squash. Continue to peel the squash into thin strips using a vegetable peeler.

Crème fraîche
Pizza crust

Step 2

Place the pizza crust on a parchment paper lined sheet tray. Spread the crème fraîche evenly onto the crust leaving about 1 inch on the edges for the crust.

Gorgonzola

Step 3

Add a thin layer of the butternut strips onto the crust, then crumble the gorgonzola on top.

Step 4

Season with salt, pepper & a generous drizzle of olive oil on top.

Step 5

Bake the pizza for 10-15 min at 425°F until the butternut squash is soft & the cheese is melty.

Arugula

Step 6

Top with the arugula, slice & enjoy!
