Broccoli (fresh)

Step 1

Cut the broccoli into small florets.

Step 2

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat, add the broccoli & cook for 2 min.

Gnocchi

Step 3

After 2 min, add the gnocchi to the same pot. Let cook for 2 more min.

Heavy cream
Gorgonzola

Step 4

Meanwhile, heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. Season with salt & pepper. Add the gorgonzola or blue cheese. Stir to keep the cream from burning as the cheese melts. When the sauce is melty & thick, remove from heat.

Step 5

Use a colander to drain the gnocchi & broccoli.

White mushrooms (whole)

Step 6

Thinly slice the mushrooms.

Step 7

Serve the gnocchi topped with the gorgonzola sauce & a few raw mushroom slices. Season to taste. It's ready!
