Potato

Step 1

Peel & cube the potatoes.

Onion (red)

Step 2

Peel & chop the onion.

Garlic

Step 3

Peel & mince the garlic.

Cumin (ground)
Garam masala

Step 4

Toast the spices for 1 min in a dry pan over medium-low heat.

Step 5

Add a drizzle of oil to the pan & raise the heat to medium-high. Add the onion & garlic. Sauté for 3 min.

Tomatoes (canned, peeled)

Step 6

Add the canned tomatoes & 0.5 cup of water (per person).

Potato

Step 7

Add the potatoes. Season with salt & pepper. Stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low, cover & simmer for 15 min.

Peas (frozen)

Step 8

Add the peas & a splash of water if the potatoes start to stick.

Step 9

Cover & cook for 5 more min.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 10

Serve garnished with chopped cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
