recipe

Smoked Paprika
Garlic powder
Oregano (dried)
Onion powder
Brown sugar (light)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a small bowl combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, onion powder & brown sugar. Season with about 1/2 tsp of salt & 1 tsp of ground black pepper. Mix it all together.

Chicken (wings)
Olive oil

Step 2

Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Add the wings to a large bowl & add a generous drizzle of olive oil. Rub the oil all over the wings. Add in the spice mix & toss to evenly coat.

Step 3

Line a sheet tray with foil. If you have a baking rack that fits over the sheet tray add it over the foil. Spritz with some cooking spray & arrange the wings evenly. Roast in the oven for 20 min at 400°F. After 20 min, raise the heat to 450°F & cook for 20 more min or until crisp!

Ranch dressing

Step 4

Remove the wings from the oven & serve with ranch dressing for dipping! We love to add some crunchy fresh veggies as well. Enjoy!

Recipe tip

For extra crispy wings, add a few tsp of baking powder to the spice mix!
