Step 1

Bring the coconut milk to a simmer in a small pot over low heat.

Chia seeds

Step 2

Turn off the heat. Stir in the chia seeds & a pinch of salt. Let the mixture thicken for 3-5 min, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Spoon the pudding into bowls.
