Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Peel & finely slice the onion.

Cherry tomatoes
Gnocchi

Step 2

Wash & drain the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes, onion & gnocchi to a baking dish. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Toss to combine.

Feta cheese (block)
Oregano (dried)

Step 3

Lay a large chunk of feta in the middle of the dish. Sprinkle oregano over all. Add another drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 20 min at 400°F.

Step 4

Remove from the oven. Serve & enjoy!
