Oven, Sheet Tray
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash & halve the baby potatoes.
Place the potatoes & sausages in a baking pan.
Add the rosemary, a healthy drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Stir it all together. Prick the sausages with a fork. Roast for 15 min.
Remove from the oven. Stir the potatoes & turn over the sausages. Cook for 15 min.
Serve with a dollop of your favorite mustard. Enjoy!
